An unexpected emergency has changed Peter’s journey.

My brother Peter, who is legally blind, recently underwent emergency hip surgery. He now faces a long period of rehabilitation as he works toward walking again.

Before this happened, we had already begun raising funds for electronics and other assistance that could help Peter regain some independence despite his blindness.

Now, that independence matters more than ever.
