Jordan Lake. I sometimes bring my breakfast to the lake … and … I don’t always know who will be sharing the mealtime with me. I crunched my protein bar and the squirrel munched the core of a pine cone. The wind scattered all our crumbs.

Jordan Lake. This morning we get to watch the eastern kingbirds! Usually they’re up in the air dashing madly about because they are flycatchers. However it appeared that there was a hatch of some kind of insects right on the ground and some of the kingbirds found them. Hope you enjoy the show!

Jordan Lake. Doc Ellen’s Natural Minute. This morning I quite literally saw the world in a whole different way. I was blessed to have cataract surgery on Tuesday. This morning, for the first time in many years, I could actually look about and clearly see the world around me. What a medical miracle indeed. Take care, stay safe. Be well!
