Jordan Lake. This morning it is a moment with a great blue heron and the only sound is that of the lake. Enjoy the peace and tranquility. Take care, be safe. Stay well.

Jordan Lake. A pair of great blue herons are trying to decide just who owns this section of shoreline. To win the game you have to stretch up taller than the other heron. A very stately dance for making a decision about fishing privileges.

Jordan Lake. This morning we have a very quiet Haw River here at the Jordan Lake Dam. They are doing repair work on the hydroelectric unit and they’ve slowed the river way down while they do that work this morning. Enjoy the quietness of the river. Take care, be safe and get out and enjoy the cool air this morning!

Jordan Lake. Me, myself and I – well, including my shadow – thoroughly enjoyed the light breeze and dry air this morning. Have a blessed day, take care, stay safe. Be oh so well!
